- 1 fresh longan
- 1 preserved plum
- 1 piece of rock sugar
- 1 thin slice of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of Organic Tianmu Yunding Green Tea
- 1 ½ cups (430ml) of water
Instruction
- Add longan, preserved plum, rock sugar, ginger, and green tea into large mug.
- Pour boiling water on to content.
- Allow tea to stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir the tea.
- Pour tea into cup and allow to cool slightly before drinking.

- 3 cups (850ml) of water
Instruction
- Heat the wok and put in the rice (note: don't put oil).
